Lifestyle | Winter Wish List Part 2

Hi!

Today is part two of my Winter Wish List with intu Milton Keynes. Here is part one of my post in case you missed it!

TASK TWO:

Amazing stocking fillers under £20

From gin and tonic bath salts (oh, yes!), to super chic marble notebooks, we have the best bargain buys to snap up for stocking fillers....

Find five items under £20 you would love to discover in your stocking on Christmas morning!

First I went into Gap, one of my favourite shops in intu. There were so many lovely items on their accessories wall I had real trouble choosing one item. I finally picked out this striped wool bobble hat. I'm really hoping that this hat will be in my stocking this year, isn't it so cute!

  (Please excuse my hat hair!)

Now anyone that knows me will know how much I love scarves, I have about 30 so, one more to add to the collection won't hurt!

Of course there had to be a Lush item on this list! I choose this Santasaurus because it looked so cute but they also had a great selection of gift boxes for under £20.

Next stop was New Look, after spending far too much time looking at their jewellery and giving major hints to Mr C (like this picture below!), I went over to look at the homeware section. I can never have enough candles in the house, not just for decoration but also to cope with the numerous power cuts we have in the village!

Salted Caramel Candle - New Look - £7.99

This smells gorgeous! Look at me rushing to grab it from the shelf to pop in my basket!

Last stop was Waterstones, I don't know how I made it this far without buying more! I went straight to look at the notebooks, a blogging necessity for me, and saw this cute Cath Kidson one. It looks like the right size to fit in my handbag and has plenty of space in the back for notes.

Cath Kidson Diary from Waterstones - £12.00

So, those are my stocking picks for Christmas. I already know my stocking isn't big enough so I'm off to buy a new one!

The final task was a selfie in the Christmas Village. Now by the time I got there it was closed but I managed to take a quick photo, albeit not my best!

Tired after walking round all the shops!

What's on your stocking filler wish list?!

Much Love

Lifestyle - Winter Wish List with Intu

Hi!

Last week I was kindly invited by intu Milton Keynes to their Winter Wish List event. If you are local to the area then I highly suggest you pop in whilst its decorated for Christmas, its look so pretty!

With the festive season well and truly under way it's time to think about what you would like under the tree or in your stocking for the big day!

TASK ONE

If she was all over the stacked jewellery trend she'll love...

From layer-ready rings to statement bangles, jewellery obsessives will love something sparkly under the tree. Five pieces the magpies in your life will love..

Well, if you see any of my blog photos you will know that I love jewellery, especially a statement necklace so this task was perfect for me, however I managed to have some self control and did not buy a thing - but it was hard!

So, here are the pieces that I picked:

My first stop was Karen Millen. To be honest, I have never really shopped in here before but was very excited to see the beautiful accessory collection they have. It was very difficult to select just the following items as I could have picked all five from here with ease! The staff were also amazing, probably the friendliest assistants I've ever met, they were more than happy bring out pieces for me to photograph,.

Karen Millen Watch - £105

I love the classic, simple detail on this watch. I could see me wearing it to work or for a date night with Mr C, so I can remind him of how long he spends looking in the mirror before going out!

Karen Millen Necklaces - £35 each

I absolutely love these necklaces, the layering of the rose gold and silver looks stunning and would really add that wow factor to any outfit.

My next stop was Coast, I've never been in the store before but, now having seen their amazing jewellery collection, I'll be making regular visits I think!

Coast have the stacked jewellery spot on don't you think? I fell in love with these two pieces in particular, the two stacked on top of one another looks like one statement necklace.

Aria Statement Necklace - £23.20

Last of all was New Look. If you have read any of my previous posts, you will be well aware that I am a great fan of their jewellery, not only is there always something I like but everything is affordable.

Ring - New Look - £3.99

So, those are my jewellery picks, there is no doubt that one or two of these pieces will be coming home with me in the next week or so! Let's call it a pre Christmas treat right?!

I'll be back on Friday with part two of my Winter Wish List!

Much Love
