TDT Update

Yes at last a good week! I lost 3.5lbs last week! Yay! I was so pleased when I stepped on the scales on Saturday as at the beginning of the week I was a little down as the scales were not moving.
Now I'm not sure what I did last week to achieve this. I actually didn't eat as much fruit and didn't have my daily salad on Monday and we had a McDonalds,whoops!
This week I want to try and concentrate on doing some exercise as I hope this will help with the weight loss. We do have a an x-box kinect which we will moving downstairs so i have the space. I  tried the Dance Central and I worked up a really good sweat doing 1/2 hour of this a few weeks ago!
