So it's been a while since my last post for TDT. To be honest dieting has been the last thing on my mind, a week of being ill, then waiting for test results from the doctors have proved to be a major setback!

Now we only have two weeks left until holiday, I was aiming to lose 1/2 a stone before holiday but that is very unlikely now, I haven't let it get me down though as I have lots of lovely items that fit me to wear whilst we are away.

This week I have decided to set myself a little challenge of trying to move and do something active for at least 15 minutes each day, now to a lot of people this will come quite easy but for me it can be quite difficult, I get driven work, get dropped off by the front the door,sit at my desk morning,lunchtime and afternoon, get driven home again, sit down and read/blog/watch youtube and then bed!

Now because I post this on thursday and am writing it today (Sunday), I will do another post at the weekend to let you know how I get on!
