Hi!

Last week was spent sunning ourselves in beautiful menorca!

I was slightly worried about going all inclusive especially after Mr C diagnosis but the holiday had already been booked way before that.

All my worrying was quite unnecessary as we had a wonderful selection of food each day.

For breakfast we sampled the cold meats and cheese, only a little of each, followed by fruit and yogurt (for Mr C) and a little crepe for me (not everyday though).

At lunchtime I tried to stick to salad's but there were the most delightful looking pasta dishes that my stomach couldn't resist, I stuck to having a small amount of the pasta.

Dinner was usually a small salad followed by chicken stew or pork and tons of vegetables and cous cous.

Menorcan cuisine is delicious and it has definitely given us some inspiration for meal ideas at home!
